farming whites and then convert them to yellows or blues.
You can either farm the whites in the fields in act 5 or in a rift that has that map and just loot all the racks.... or run the templar quest. DONT complete it by killing the templar leader. Just keep repeating n runnin thru thr quest for the weapon racks and salvage the whites. I think you get like 11 or so whites per run in that quest. As long as you never complete the quest (dont talk to and kill the leader) you can repeat that quest infintely by talkin to the templar in act 5 in campaign mode. Only downside is you gotta play thru the game all the way to act5 if you lazy you wont like it lol
ORRR. My other favorite and perfered method. Run bounties in t10-t13. You will get loads of blues/whites or yellows from those caches and they will rack up when you do enough. Try collecting bonus caches till you get about 100 of each bounty mat. By then, you will be swimming in crafting materials that you can convert into whatever color you want. I believe the mat colors are selected at random cause sometimes i get nothin but whites for a set time period ... then the next hour its like all blues or somethin. So keep runnin split bounties in a full game for a few hours n you'll have loads of mats again. Plus it will give you enough bounty mats to beable to re forge your legendaries to ancient
