if I have 2 diablo 3 copies and 2 pcs but have already received the haedrigs gift on copy 1 of my diablo 3, can my second diablo 3 copy give the items out of the haedrigs gift to my first d3 copy if both characters are in the same game?

/e just like with dropped items? or are items out of haedrigs gift account bound or some strange stuff?

you cant trade biggs this is no different

It's only dropped stuff that you are allowed to transfer. If it comes out of something, such as a cache as well, it is immediately bound.
