If you look at this section, there's literally nothing useful here.

The only reasons to come here are:

* you don't know how to google
* you want to bash the game
* you want to see others bashing the game

There's no need. Usable items actually drop, unlike in D2 and early D3. Also, paragon points and augmentation outweigh item attributes in the end anyway.
