depends what you want.

Easy power thanks to the season set: DH or WD (UE and Helltooth set are really strong).

The highest rifts: There is a youtube video about the top 10 builds in 2.4.2. (Season 7), data based on PTR leaderboards iirc. Certain Monk and Crusader Builds were quite high in it (not with the season sets).
