Is there load screens when playing diablo 3 on computer?

Wow an actual not spam post. And load screens are mostly based on your pc. Some people get load screens between rifts/ greater rifts, and when joining games.

the load screens on computer give you advice tips and secret codes and hints at new things. console doesnt??
