Edit: we are playing on Xbox one

I know I'm late to the game. But I wanted something to casually play with my girlfriend when we don't feel like going out. I just wanted to ask a few questions to be able to plan and play a little better.

Is there any possible way to trade items if we are both playing together?
I found a king Leorics crown after the quest. I want her to have one too. But we did the quest together. Is there any kind of special rule to follow to get the item again? Or can we keep killing him over and over until we get another one?

Either give her yours (idk if you have the 2 hour limit to trade on xbox) or kill more shit and pray to RNG jesus.

Thank you for your reply. Do you know if King Leorics crown is a quest related item or can it be dropped by any mob? I only know D1 and D2 mechanics but I've heard D3 is a lot different so I'm not sure how they have item drop tables set up.

Assuming the xbox is the same as PC item-wise, the only items that specifically drop for quests are bounty items like illusory boots and sanguinary vambraces.

/e You can google a comprehensive list of bounty items. Anything other than those are all random.

If youre on xbox simply go to the mailbox select the items you want her to have and send to her. as soon as its sent exit to dashboard through the xbox menu quickly before the game saves or turn your xbox power off and you will both have one.

The first time you kill Leoric in campaign, he has a 100% chance to drop Leoric's Crown (I believe this only qualifies for low lvl characters tho, please verify someone). But after the first time, its a random drop just like every other legendary

Note: This is true on PC, not sure about xbox

Tyvm guys. I really appreciate it. I've been using the npc to forge items and it just seems way better at this stage of the game to salvage items instead of selling them. I'm level 17 with my wizard and I have like 179 life per hit total so I'm thinking about increasing the difficulty.

some amount of patches ago they changed the crafting material to one type all the way up, instead of low lvl and high lvl crafting material. so now you want to salvage everything you can, cause you will need it. gold is easy to come by late game, and i mean very easy.

Shame there's no cross platform play
