I saw a stream, one guy, was almost using archon on cooldown. there was no archon downtime, even though it is on 120 second cooldown.

how does he do it? what is the catch?

you're in the wrong section, but 65%+ CDR, Zodiac ring, and InGeom should give you virtually zero downtime on Archon I believe.
