Hi

The Zei Stone Gem deals max damage if 50 yards away from the enemy but the question is

so to abuse this effect does i have to be exactly 50 yards away from the enemy or can i be like 200 yards cause i am over "50" yards away and still deal max damage

You can be farther, you just won't get any extra damage compared to 50 yards.
