PvP doesn't exist basically, everyone does millions of damage, unless you like pvp where you 1 shot everyone and they 1 shot you.
Yes there are different realms Americas/Europe/Asia
Don't think anyone really stacks mf, just do high torment rifts/greater rifts
It's worth the 40 dollars if you haven't played it before, otherwise it gets boring quick if you played for multiple seasons since the berinning
Quite a few people are on for the new season, numbers go down quickly after that.
Pick any char you want, they balanced them fairly well.

topaz in helm doesn't increase mf. however, more players in game = more mf.

d3 is fun as hell. this is proven by all of the sour posters who talk shit about it even though they don't play.

tons of people play at the beginning of the season. after a couple months into the season, much less play.

crusaders are alright. great for solo.
