Have you tried their online chat support? I was having crashes nearly every 5 minutes and they sent me a little checklist of things to do. Has worked flawlessly since then

Agree, never had anything but problems with W10.

Also, have you tried repairing the game,if it doesnt work maybe reinstall. Only takes like 5-10 min anyways. - just saw you repaired, my bad
Did you install any new drivers or hardware just before it stopped working?
Is the rest of your pc suddenly slow? Used to take me 1-5 min to get past the grey screen before I changed my 8 year old HDD to an SSD.

Just remebered that my friend had this problem a few weeks back, this fixed it for him.

I use windows 10 and it works fine
