Kinda new to D3, so here it comes:

I have 1 item with +xx% extra firebat damage
I have 1 item with +xx% to poison damage

If I use the plague/poison variation, do both enhance the damage?

The poison %to poison skills increase the damage of all poison based skills and the other item will only improve the damage that fire bats does to answer your question yes it does.
