yes flashfire wizard works quite well (and very fast with bosses on every pylon) up to Grift 60 if you have good enough gear
...with high paragon lvl you can go even higher and still speedclear those grifts

ofc you cant use that goldarmor belt but instead the 60% dmg reduction orb (dont know the english names atm)

flashfire is perfect for normal rifts too ofc

UE multishot is the king here.

With flashfire there's spells you have to spam. With Raekors you have to click in to a group of mobs. With UE multishot, you just need to right click towards the correct half of the screen... you could easily play while watching a TV show and not really go any slower.

in terms of simplicity I would say UE Demon Hunter > Raekor/IK Barb > One Punch (Wave of Light) Monk > Flashfire Wiz

I would include LoN Bombardment/Thorns Crusader, but acquiring all those ancients takes a lot more time than any of the above builds
