you hit level 70 then you do torment 10

if you can't do torment 10 once you hit 70 uninstall the game because you suck

You need to keep doing torment rifts. Go as high as you can efficiently kill and complete your set. Usually with a complete set you should be able to do torment, 8 at least, easily.
