What do I reroll here? I play UH multishot DH

If I reroll dex to 20% fire, my stats will be:
14000 dex / 40% fire / 51,5% chc / 502 % chd / 92% area dmg + lvl 70+ gem

If I reroll area damage to 10% chc, my stats will be:
14850 dex / 20% fire / 55.5% chc / 502% chd / 94% area damage + lvl 70+ gem

I really can't figure out what will be best? :S
