just do the highest rifts/ grifts you can and hope for stuff you need to drop.

if theres specific items you need try using your blood shards at kadala or upgrading rares to legendary in the cube. if you get multiple of the same set item use the cube to convert it to another piece of the same set.

you may have to do some bounties for certain cube recipes i cant remember all of the recipes atm.

specific set item? roll other set items for a chance for that piece.

specific leg/set? roll rare into legendary.

you will need a lot of resources.
