Hi all,

So i am not well known here. I have been a member since 2012. I started my account here for D3 on PC. When i stopped playing i have been inactive until i Recently started playing for Xbox1 Diablo 3. Well right now i have a D2jsp Member who is upset at me for no reason i had control of. This member DatNiggaDave is a long time forum member with Many friends here and many posts. I Understand taking his side of the story just from things he says. Well i have taken screen shots of everything that happened and let up to him telling me he is going to start Accusing me of being a Scammer and breaking d2jsp Rules Because of a misunderstanding between him and another Member (Chillbearking) here who was going to buy Items from me. All i ask you to do is Look and read all the photos i link here. There will be 5 links.

1st link is to the photo album of DatniggaDave (Marijuana585) Asking to buy some items from me earlier today. Me telling him a price and so on.

This 2nd link is of him ( DatNiggaDave ) messaging me about the trade that i had scheduled to do. But the buyer made a mistake. Which the buyer explained to him when Datniggadave and his friend Mpwj Joined Chillbearkings and I's voice chat on xbox 1.

This 3rd link is the conversation of me and ChillbearKing talking last night and agreeing on a price/time to meet and trade. Also him explaining to me that he made a mistake joining Datniggadave (Marijuana585)

This 3rd link is just 1 picture. It is a screen shot of my for trade threat with time stamps of DatniggaDave and his little Flunky Mpwj Starting to spam my trade threat with lies. Notice the time stamp is shortly after Datniggadave threatens me and says he is going to say i am a scammer.

So 1st off i would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I am no scammer and i go far out of my way to help people. It's funny cause I even told Datniggadave about myself being scammed of 515.00 dollars through a pay-pal charge back, And how i utterly Despise scammers.

Please look at all the facts in this post and make your decision. I have Messaged 2 Moderators about this issue. I have had no response yet. This is why i am making this post. It is not right that a Member who is very active is able to Bully less active member around because he doesn't agree with a price offered to him. Then is mad because a Buyer made a mistake. There is no Reason he should be able to get his friends and spread Lies about other member. I think this should be a bannable offense. I think i have provided more than enough evidence that he is Blatenly lying because he is upset at me, For something i had no control over. Now he has recruited his friends on here to lie and bully me, Causing my posts to be locked out.

This guy DatNiggaDave deserved to be banned or at least some sort of Discipline for Lying and bullying lesser active member around cause he is "well known" here.
