looking for a good barbarian build, good gear i can find easily

i never do any damage which makes me really question why is my gear such poop


any opinions on what a good barbarian should wear ?

go to google and look up Barbarian Build Leap/Earthquake/Physical with Might of the Earth (Patch 2.4)

Reakor + Immortal for furious charge build ( which is the best right now I HEARD)
Set of earth for leapquake build.
or WW build with 2x bul kathos swords!
