So I'm lead to believe that at level 70 you receive 2 pieces of the Firebird's set?

I reached level 70 a while ago and can't see the pop up in the bottom left. How do I collect the items or have I been misinformed?

Are you playing seasonal and are you playing on PC or console?

Did you check under Jay Wilson's chins?

You need to be on seasonal and its account bound you can only collect for one character

Bottom left of screen, there's a "messages" icon square. Click it and you'll see Headrig's Bag, it contains your two set items.
