Is there an easy(ish) way to find those? Or I just have to get lucky and loot it somehow...?

spam grifts, you'll get about 1 per day sometimes way more

if you're a casual(on d3? LOL) you should find one every couple of days or so

Hmm, fair enough.

Do they spawn at any Tier or only from a certain Tier and up ? I play HC and usually don't go too high (yet) unless I really need to.

nothing in diablo 3 aside from a set few things spawns in any specific place

if i have to see someone asking this question one more time i'm gonna shoot my brains out

Lots of items only drop in Torment+ ;)

Although I don't think anyone plays in non-Torment anymore :lol:

Seems like more, got 14 in 3 days/rift average time is about 2-3 min tx
