I was wondering how you hit the maximum bp for whilrwind

i used titans attack speed calculator it said 34 ias was enough to the 4 frame ias..is that calculator wrong? it was for 1 hand only and whilrwind as main skill...

but to break it down a BVC uses griefz and beastz with level 8 fanata

grief-34-40 ias
beastz- 40 ias
level 8 fanta- 28 ias

in total thats 108 ias

but how much ias total do you really need to hit frame 4 ias. i know its lower than 108 ias
