How can I get the best out of this weap ?

I would Re roll the socket and put 10 leet dmg or 10cdr

I'd probably go with rolling away the socket to life per hit or cdr and replace socket with ramaladni's

Then I would personally go 200% earthquake damage or as -> cdr.

Attack Speed is useless on your current build - LeapQuake - I'd roll off attack speed for 10% CDR. (5000 hours barb advice)
