500 Int, 50 CHD, 5 cc, socket - 200% element dmg
20% AD, 50 CHD, 5 cc, socket - 150% element dmg
which would would be better of these two?
the main stat one because it carries a higher element damage every 16 seconds, or the 20% area damage?

would choose the first. u get the int and 50% more damage 1/4 of the time.
