Every couple of minutes I get a lag spike in the game.

The spike only lasts 1-2 seconds then its fine.

My D3 used to play perfectly before I had to reinstall windows 7.

What type of things should I mess with to help the latency?

Currently sits at 90-100 and spikes up to 500 sometimes.

Any help is appreciated. If you need more info like specs and whatnot I can give that info as well.

The servers have been doing that for a long time. HOTS is the same way.

A week ago and anytime before that I was fine. Never lagged once. Main reason for lag concern is I play Hardcore and I cannot play the char now since I have been having lag like this.

Same issue for me, i disabled my windows firewall seemed to fix it somewhat.

Do you recommend just calling them? Anything I can do at home without calling?

probably not but you never know
