easiest to get going for sub 3 minute t10 / g45 - wand of woh / firebird / tals explosive blast
fastest overall for sub 3 minute - crusader horse charge with nightmares set

One punch monk, but you need full ancients otherwise UE dh.

I think most of the 13 players play rogue
