What's the correct way of getting all bonus caches?

Say for example I have a new game up and I want to "sell" the 3 slots, how do I complete the quests to allow people to get all of the bonus caches?

Since you can't trust people not to screw it up. Leave one bounty in each act

I guess that is good advice, but I'd still like to know (it's something about tyreal being shared between two acts)

If you dont already got bonus act in a3 or a4, I would leave 1 bounty in those acts, since tyreal can bug (so u dont get bonus) if u just complete all bounties.
you can complete a1, 2 and 5
Then when u get the bonus in a3 or a4 u go complete that last bounty in that act, so that u are 100% sure that u get the bonus

So, if I understand you correctly...

As long as Act 3 or Act 4 have bonus above them (at the start of the game) then I can go and complete all acts. (http://i.imgur.com/QljI7iJ.jpg this game for example)

If Act 1, Act 2 or Act 5 have bonus above them (at the start of the game) then I should leave a bounty in both act Act 3 and Act 4 up until when handing the bounties in they popup as the next bonus act?

Simply leave a bounty in act 3 n 4 n when all buyers r in game start popping/finish bounties in the order the bonus appears

Pre sure you can just leave one bounty in a3, if you get a3 before a4 you can just finish a3 since it'll collect a3 first
