Isn't it rather obvious.
If you can survive without that extra vita, then go for %damage.

10% dmg ofc.. to bad about that as tho
you shouldnt have much problem staying alive with orb build

The illustration I have in my head is how Goku can go SSJ3 with multipliers but having his base power increase would net him huge gains.

yea well a higher base damage will benefit more from percentage increases than a lower number

from my HC view i will keep vita. also, lot of spells are now based on % life dmg protection

vita, 1k vita is a lot ^^ andfor higher grifts u need to survive

This. Once you go into the high 60s you're gonna need some survivability.
