what is this cube and where do I find it?

what are ancient weaps and how do I find them.

for grifts are keys the same?

Cube is in a3 at the new zone.
Ancient items are the same item with better stats/dps, random drop just like legs.
Grifts are the exact same except now you don't have to do trials.
