how does ias effect ww? wat does it scale with?

It's a definite dps increase but there are no breakpoints in this game that you need to shoot for as far as WW is concerned. But there are better stats for WW like strenght, crit hit, crit damage, % damage, % x,y,z element damage etc

wtf when they remove the breakpoints for WW...
