Hey all, I am just coming back to D3:RoS. I haven't played since basically release.. I got 60, and some paragon levels.. But now everything has changed drastically. So my questions are:

What is the fastest way to 1-70?
What is the fastest way to gain paragon levels?
How can I get better equipment these days without AH?

Use your 13 fgs to get a powerlvl and couple of nephalem rift runs. After that you should be able to farm on your own.

see, there's a thing called playing the game. If you want, you should try it some time.

Play adventure mode and run nephalem rifts in the highest difficulty you can while maintaining efficiency

Games super easy so you should be able to gear pretty quick just get power level to 70 then enjoy the end game
