I have played many hours on console for D3, but I haven't played on PC since about 2 months after the release of the game. I want to get a feel of console and pc so I can choose which platform to continue with. Willing to negotiate and whatnot

Don't play HC, the community is dead and you will most likely to die to DC unless you are too stupid to run away when your cheat death procs which will most likely not happen as long as you are rolling your face on the keyboard.
