I am a WW barb and I wonder what stat should i reroll on this wastes helm?
Should I switch Vit for Crit chance?

If you don't need the survivability then yes vit to crit, if not vit isn't bad to have, personally i have 2 helms, one with crit one with vit

Personally I would just wait till I had an ancient helm and then figure it out, the stats on that one r good the way they r. I wouldn't waste resources to reroll it
