What is the fastest way to lvl 70 from fresh?

Power level, cost 5-20 fg takes about 15-20 min to level 1-70.

how does that matter and why should he then just wait and not play

if americas i level u 1-70 free and give you some rifts + grifts to get you started, and some extra paragon levels etc
