First of all, im playing In Ladder hc

Im actually lvl 290

My stats are 1.3m damage, 1.2m life, 18m toughtness, 1,6k all res, 43% crit chance and 400% crit damage

My stuff is the 6 set piece Helltooth
Blackthorn amulet
Ancient rings Focus and Restraint with Legendary Gems Gem of Efficacious (poisom damage) and Bane of the trapped (% damage againt slowed targets)
Belt The Witching Hour
Ancient thunderfury weapon (didnt found a better one)
Ancient Unkapian Serpent Mojo
I have the Cube passives from a 2h Mace Weapon 50% increased damage and in armor one from a Bracer that allow me cast 3 Wall of Death without cd so i can spam

I clear easy alone t8 rifts, but cant do so much more

What gear can I change to do better?
Ofc the set pieces change to the ancient ones, but in a week i didnt had anything... Bad luck? Dunno

Don't play WD, you gonna lag and eventually die.

Also just look at the leaderboards if you want gear tips.

Witching Hour to Belt of Transcendence, you'll get meat shield fetishes out when you cast Acid Cloud, TF/mojo to SuWong Diviner, get HF amulet.
Cube Convention of Elements and Grin Reaper. Although, in T8, you might want to use Manajuma weapon/off hand + chicken build for faster farming.

http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Stranger-2310/hero/64328118 When climbing GR, swap Fierce Loyalty to Gruesome Feast, Pierce the Veil or Jungle Fortitude, Acid Rain rune to Slow Burn and maybe Hex to Piranhado.
If you lack DPS in GR climbing, swap one of the defensive gems to Bane of the Stricken.
