Just don't re-roll it, wait until you get an ancient pair. Or if you are using broken promises obviously roll off the crit chance...

You might want crit Dmg to vit since it's a 750 vit source, while rings can give 50% crit but only 500 vit.

I might consider the 1% on cdr, or the crit Dmg to 50%.

Depends on your other gear.
