So I need to have tons of life per second so the mantra will proc to all the allies? Is there any limit as to how far must I be with the group for them to enjoy the life per sec?

Pretty much. You are basically indestructible, so you can just sit in the center of the packs and just group them up without a problem.

Heal monk is pretty much the leader of the group you need to position well , group shit together and know when to move

dont bother using heal monk if you dont know how to position or lead the pack after exploding palms have been detonated by the hota barb.

Does it matter how many screens the heal monk is? Can he be 2 screens away and the life per sec still work on the party?

How do you prefer your heal monk to work? Palm activated, move on to next group or after grouping and SWK monk palms, move to next group while the rest clears the first group?

You should watch some videos to get a better feel for it anyway, however you want to stay with your dps but constantly be moving as packs blow up. Recognize that while you can face tank arcane and w/e else your teammates typically cannot so skip arcane and skip yellows at 65+ (this is a general rule of thumb, but depends on how good your dps is and if you have a support barb with you guys). You group every 5 seconds so you don't dr your ability to cc the mobs and you want to have permanent arcane sanctuary down.
