i have hellfire amulet with the following stats

713 dex
10 crit chance
7 cooldown reduce

already have better 0 cc build amulet.
i'm testing out crit chance build now.

should i roll out the dex for chd or the cdr for chd?

yes, hellfire always roll with socket now.

i'm leaning towards rolling out the dex too.

any other thoughts?

It's questionable. what is the passive anyways? I'd probably keep the dex, but all my other gear has good CDR.
