just can't find any updated patch 2.3 information on that

act 4 key boss does not drop infernal machine plan anymore? killed him like 20 times on t6, no plans
how do i open these fukking portals

Go into the house in A1, use machine. Make portal.

Kill boss, get mat.

Get all mats.

Make neck.
