Looking ur toughness pretty much tell all.

That doesn't really mean much to me.

i've got over 1000AR like 19.5k Armor and over 500k health

I don't have any issues staying alive my issue is it feels like it takes too many SSSs to kill elites.

You should be able to easy blast over GR60 with that setup, toughness isn't an issue.

Get secondary resist on all items where you can, dex+vit on gloves, all res on shoulders.

Try to get a 10:1 armor/allres ratio.

broken promises build opens spots for more toughness and CDR, but not in your situation.
playing with broken promises is all about timing

also you dont have any follower equipped

i will (and most does) use bracers for extra dmg reduce when using spirit generator
i doubt you dont have problem with your toughness in 50+ grifts
