have done endless bounties from norm - t10

I have the level 31 plan but cannot get the plan from anything

no plans drop from my caches so I could only assume I'm done


Any thoughts ?

Try bounties with bonus caches ;)

Only a moron would do bounties without the bonus the cache, but you never know...

Make sure you do the bonus acts for the bonus cache, when 1 bonus act is done you automaitcly get a new one, so just be sure tp check the map.

Bonus caches drops plans, u will get them very fast by that way. Also green goblin drops them.
