i have been long away from D3 and recently started what gear upg or stats upg or skill change do i need to handle T10?

with that gear you shouldn't be able to do t10 lol

crank it down to t7 you need upgrades still

don't have 2x anc bks

Lack gem levels

No socket in Amulet

Your Passives suck

Bad choice of Cubed item No Armor piece in Cube

focus without restraint?
animosity unforgiving and weapon master - why the hell you need so much fury generation with bk set?
war cry - charge rune for even more fury - WTF
furios charge with stamina for more fury - OMG
replace gems in chest with diamonds
sprint with tornados? 60 % dmg and you have wastes tornados with 2500 % ???

to sum it up:
you couldnt have made any more mistakes. you literally did everythig wrong.
