who's doing it and do you think Blizz is going to ban for this or let it slide like the blood shard exploit

I doubt they'll ban any one, beside over half of these passive form ur character is fucking junks. there only roughly about 7-8 passive from every char thats some what useful

Not sure what the exploit exactly is and I don't really care to know, but with a rollback being the worst punishment they gave out to people exploiting the bloodshard bug (which was quite game breaking: leaderboards) it shows that blizz isn't going to permaban anyone except botters or so. This game is all about progression so a rollback is pretty much the worse they could do without losing the player. Blizz already understands that exploits are not the players fault and it's their responsibility to fix it since it was there in the first place because of their mistake. It is the player's fault though if they choose to exploit the bug to gain an advantage in gearing or in this case it sounds like leaderboards ranking so a rollback would be most likely as well.
