I've been looking for a list, or something I can got off of for hitting my breakpoints.. Example attack speed.

Whether it's a hammerdin, or a monk. Is there a list for this anywhere?

I don't think there's ''Breakpoints'' in diablo 3 since it's «3D Engine.». Which means that there's no cap for animation speed.

But, there's probably breakpoints that Sentries/Dust Devils and etc can reach. I think you should ask on D3 forums to get more accurate answers.
