Im trying to farm those im wondering if theres a spot where they drop more or if a class can help make it drop more often

Friend got one last night in rifts.

What's point of it

U put it in the cube n u got a cow portal

it's good for lvling someone and has heaps of chests

when will people ever understand that there is no such thing as "item X drops in area Y more often than somewhere else"

just do your fucking rifts and grifts as dictated by blizzard and wait for the RNGesus to bless you with this item so you can enter this abovineation of a cow lvl

U can try crafting one using kanai's cube

Had one drop in a low rift right after i was leveled

But pretty much as mentioned, there is no "better area" for any item, its all luck

It's not smart drop for wd/wiz/dh, you will most likely find one easier if you play with barb/monk/crus.

If you really need it, it shouldn't be that hard to get it from 'upgrade rare item' with barb or crus, because there's only 4 polearms for them and 1 of them is rarer than those other 3.
