Where is the best place to farm this been doing rifts and cube upgrades and can't find the damn thing

There is no "best place" to farm anything. Just keeping running shit and hope you get lucky.

best way to get it is to get in a speed 40s group and just kadala all day.

ended up getting it finally from the cube now im wrecking t9 just need ancients

Para 300 with like 17h played max reporting in.have almost every item I want. Yws I'm casual but looking for a grp to hit leaderboard with lmk
