any specific spots to farm gem plans or do they drop pretty much anywhere?

well i stopped getting plans and bounties not dropping the higher tier plans whys that??

you have them, just not showing in the menu. go to jeweler and click on drop down from "have mats" to "show all". common one ive seen this season
