Up roll the av to a 1900+ or roll the cdr into 7atk speed?

I know both would be fairly close but if i would lose 10cdr for less then 50 dmg im not sure its worth?

just roll the dmg up
the 10 cooldown is usable for seeth and/or wolf/bat
