If you dont have any of the items yet, rifts have the best drop chance in game for legs/set items. So farm in rifts on the highest torment you can do. Remember you get a bonus for more people in game around you so playing in a group is ideal for more magic find chance. Just grind grind grind till you find what you are looking for.
