weapon -> Eun-jang-do -> reroll to dmg light (Attacking enemies below 17–20% Life freezes them for 3 seconds)
amu -> Dovu Energy Trap (Increases duration of Stun effects by 20–25%)
1st ring -> Wyrdward (Lightning damage has a 25–35% chance to Stun for 1.5 seconds)
2nd ring -> Unity or any ring
Shield -> Freeze of Deflection (Blocking an attack has a chance to Freeze the attacker for 0.5–1.5 seconds)

What else can replace eun-jang-do cuz it's prettty rare(well for a witch)

Thunderfury or any dagger with dmg light
