hey guys got a few questions regarding to archon wiz

the ring that adds 1xx% ele damage over 4 seconds for each elemental damage, does it work all the time on archon? as you use all runes

if so, will % damage work on archon without having to chose any in particular? can i take ightning + fire at once and will both add? or just the elemental damage from which rune I have activated on archon
