I got a echoing fury off a friend on xbox 360 that is really really badass. But im unsure whether it is actually legit or not because i stopped playing d3 before the last few updates they did before reapernof souls was released.

The thing that has me confused is it has 2 x damage% rolls (10% damage and 12% damage) and has a double roll of critical damage (180% out of 220% max roll) and a socket. So it has a crazy amount of critical hit damage (more then 300% when socketed with a emerald) and still has 1900 damage plus the nice legacy +0.26 to attack speed.

Is this weapon just a badass freakishly good roll or has it in fact been modded to make it better. Im asking because i bought it from him but i dont like using modded items.

+0.26 attacks per second (0.25-0.30) (legacy echoing fury unique stat)
313% critical damage (150-220) (130% from emerald so 183% base roll)

Yea but that was before or after a nerf happened.... dont you remember the patches that rolled 110%cd as perfect?

why dont you just play expansion?

he does but when you go from patch w/e the hell to the RoS patch it changes all the old gear to accommodate to the whole different game mechanics

Yea man. Im pretty much all done with all character types on ros. Ill probably upgrade to next gen soon. Its just i was looking for a legacy offhand weapon for my monk and got offered this by a friend and its by far the most badass offhand ive ever seen. Im just wondering if anyone who has played all through classic remembers when these items were around. Because i remember a patch that was op but then they nerfed it again. Maybe this is just one of the last surviving legacy weapons from that patch. I just dont like to use modded gear because i play legit and modders who run t6 rifts ruin the public rooms and give console players a bad name.

And as marlborothered said i think some legacy items changed when ros patches rolled around on console to balance the difference out a little bit better.

this is exactly why I quit playing console because no one knows how to play without mods and ill be honest with you man next gen aint no better ive actually sold more for ps4 than I have for ps3 and I don't even own a ps4 that's how broken console version is

Yea man. I feel ya, modded items are pretty shit for anything but leveling and i have no clue why people find it so interesting to instakill everything and just run around picking up legendaries and sets all day. But ive been a big fan of this game and because ive played 360 and built my gear up so much i reckon it would be pretty fun to see how far i can push through greater rifts with my non ancient end game gear. Seeming ill buy a next gen just to get fallout 4 in november

But there still are legit players on 360 who do rifts and ubers with end game gear like me which makes it pretty fun.

But fuck im more into racing games these days anyway.
